Assisted living & senior living

Make it easy to report a problem—and easy to follow it through completion.

REQQER helps senior living organizations connect resident-area and common-space Work Orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, Housekeeping and other department work, vendor follow-up, documentation, and regional oversight.

Request intake can be matched to the person reporting the issue—from full REQQER users to simplified browser entry and optional phone-based intake.

Different people. Different request channels.

The person who sees the problem should not need the same interface as the person who fixes it.

REQQER supports multiple ways for issues to enter the same Work Order process.

1

Quick Entry

Give staff a simplified browser-based way to submit a Work Order without signing into the full REQQER system. The experience can be adapted by Organization or Facility.

2

Optional voicemail intake

A participating facility can use a dedicated phone number so a resident or other caller can leave a maintenance message that becomes a Work Order with the recording attached.

3

Authorized Mobile work

Maintenance and operational users can review assigned work, add Activity and Work Duration, complete forms, attach supporting files, and update Reqs from a phone or tablet.

4

Walkthrough Batch Entry

Authorized staff can walk an Area, record issues by Location, enter multiple findings where needed, and create separate Reqs without first writing everything on paper.

Request intake

Simple for the requester. Structured for the team receiving the work.

Quick Entry can collect the facility-specific information maintenance needs without exposing the full REQQER interface. On a mobile browser, the requester can also capture or attach a picture when enabled.

  • No standard REQQER login required for Quick Entry
  • Available from desktop and mobile browsers
  • Fields and defaults can vary by Organization or Facility
  • Creates a normal one-time Work Order for follow-up
