Dashboards & reporting

Give each role the view it needs—without losing the organization-wide picture.

REQQER Dashboards turn the records created during daily work into focused operational views. Facility teams can save layouts around their responsibilities, while regional and corporate users can move to Organization-level reporting across the facilities they oversee.

Same platform. Different saved views for different responsibilities.

Users can select Dashboard Cards, arrange and resize them, apply Card filters, and save the layout. Facility and Organization Dashboards can maintain different Card selections and layouts.

Maintenance Director Facility Dashboard

Saved role view

Plan work, watch regulatory deadlines, and see where attention is needed.

A Maintenance Director can emphasize regulatory work, the monthly Scheduled Tasks Calendar, workload by Location, and the same performance view management watches.

Late Open Regulatory Reqs stay prominent.
The monthly calendar helps balance recurring work before Due Dates arrive.
Report Card and workload summaries give a quick operating picture.

Facility and organization views

Move from one building to multiple facilities without losing facility-level detail.

The same Dashboard concept works at two scopes. Facility Dashboard Cards focus on the current building. Organization Dashboard Cards can display separate report sections for multiple facilities, and regional users can limit the view to the subset of facilities within their responsibility.

  • Independent Facility and Organization Dashboard layouts
  • Same report type can work at Facility or Organization scope
  • Organization Cards preserve separate facility sections
  • Regional/corporate users can focus on selected permitted facilities

Operational signals

See what is current, what is slipping, and what is coming next.

Dashboard Cards can summarize work in ways that support both immediate action and broader performance review.

REQQER weighted Facility Report Card

The Report Card uses a weighted score and letter grade to summarize the mix of Closed, Current, Overdue, and Late work as of the Dashboard date.

REQQER Scheduled Tasks Calendar showing future and current recurring work

The Scheduled Tasks Calendar includes future occurrences that have not generated yet, helping teams plan recurring workload before Due Dates arrive.

Automated delivery

Put reports on the Dashboard—or have them arrive automatically.

Users can select one set of Cards for their Dashboard and a different set for email delivery. Personal subscriptions can be scheduled, while management can establish recurring delivery for Positions that should always receive a report.

  • Personal frequency, Initial Date, Time of Day, and skip-weekend settings
  • Facility-specific delivery or a consolidated multi-facility Digest
  • Management-assigned delivery by Position
  • Position-assigned subscriptions remain visible but cannot be removed by the recipient
  • Cards can be refreshed, enlarged, printed, exported to Excel, or generated as PDF
