Other multi-facility organizations

Bring service requests and recurring facility work into one operating system.

REQQER can support organizations whose buildings do not fit a single industry label—including residential multi-tenant properties—by combining easy request intake, centralized Work Order management, recurring preventive maintenance, documentation, vendor follow-up, and organization-wide visibility.

REQQER is configurable around facility workflows; this page illustrates operating patterns rather than a separate property-management product.

Residential multi-tenant buildings

Let tenants report apartment issues simply—without separating those requests from property-management work.

A tenant can open Quick Entry from a phone and submit a one-time Work Order without a normal REQQER login. Where the optional phone/voicemail service is configured, a tenant can also call in an issue and leave a message.

  • Quick Entry works from mobile or desktop browsers
  • Optional phone/voicemail intake can create a Work Order with the recording attached
  • Tenant-reported issues arrive in the same Requests Console used by management
  • Staff can assign, prioritize, add Activity, document work, and close the request
  • Property management can simultaneously run recurring preventive-maintenance and inspection programs
One centralized operating view: the leaking faucet reported by a tenant and the monthly generator inspection created by the Scheduler are different kinds of Reqs, but both can be managed through the same REQQER work environment.

How the residential workflow comes together

Tenant requests and preventive maintenance converge on the same management process.

1

Tenant reports an issue

Use Quick Entry on a phone or, when configured, optional phone/voicemail intake for an apartment or common-area problem.

2

REQQER creates the Work Order

The issue enters the centralized Requests Console where property staff can prioritize, assign, document, and follow it through completion.

3

Management schedules recurring work

Preventive maintenance, inspections, vendor visits, and other recurring responsibilities generate separately trackable Scheduled Tasks.

4

Leadership sees the whole operation

Dashboards and reports provide visibility into daily requests, recurring work, overdue items, documentation, and workload across properties or facilities.

REQQER Requests Console centralizing Work Orders and Scheduled Tasks

Centralized Requests Console

Give the operating team one place to manage what needs attention.

One-time Work Orders and recurring Scheduled Tasks remain distinguishable while sharing the same central management environment.

  • Filter Work Orders and Scheduled Tasks separately or together
  • Focus on My, On Hold, Recently Closed, or other filtered work
  • Assign responsibility directly from the Console
  • Use Grids and filters to analyze workload by type, location, item, age, and other criteria

Preventive maintenance behind the scenes

Keep property-management responsibilities moving even when no tenant has reported a problem.

The Scheduler can generate recurring work for building systems, inspections, equipment, vendor visits, and other responsibilities according to the program management establishes.

  • Each occurrence becomes its own Scheduled Task
  • Due Dates, assignment, forms, documents, and Activity remain attached to the occurrence
  • Calendar views help managers see recurring workload ahead of time
  • Supporting records remain available for later review and reporting

Beyond residential properties

The same model fits many distributed facility operations.
