Build the recurring program
Keep the operating instructions with the recurring responsibility.
A Scheduler definition can carry Location, Item, Req Type, Priority, description, assignment, External Vendor, an electronic form, Asset, supporting documents, and documentation requirements along with its recurrence settings.
- Frequency can be expressed in days, weeks, months, or years
- Next Date identifies the Due Date of the next occurrence
- Prior Days Notice creates the Req before the Due Date when planning time is needed
- Weekend, holiday, and End Date rules can influence future dates

See future recurring workload before every Req has generated.
The Scheduled Tasks Calendar can show future placeholders for recurring occurrences that have not yet generated, alongside work that is Open, Late, or Completed. That gives Maintenance Directors a way to balance the month before deadlines arrive.
