Educational facilities

Organize campus service requests, recurring maintenance, and walkthrough findings in one work system.

REQQER helps schools, campuses, and multi-building educational organizations manage classroom and building requests, preventive maintenance, inspections, field walkthroughs, supporting documentation, vendors, and organization-wide reporting.

The same Req lifecycle can support one building or multiple campuses while keeping local work visible to the people responsible for it.

Campus work moves differently

Capture issues where they are found—then route them into the same accountable process.

Distributed requesters

Problems are discovered by people who are not maintenance users.

Teachers, staff, and other occupants may be the first to see a classroom, restroom, common-area, or equipment issue.

Large physical footprint

Walkthroughs can produce many issues at once.

Multiple buildings, wings, floors, classrooms, and common areas make paper inspection notes and later transcription inefficient.

Recurring responsibilities

Preventive work must continue while service calls arrive.

Recurring maintenance and inspections should remain visible and separately tracked even during busy periods of unplanned work.

Walkthrough Batch Entry

Turn a building walkthrough directly into individual Reqs.

Authorized staff can select an Area, move through its Locations, enter one or more issues as they are discovered, choose the appropriate Req Type, and save each nonblank issue as its own Req.

  • Useful for classroom, wing, floor, or building walkthroughs
  • Multiple issues can be entered for one Location
  • Each issue becomes an independent Req
  • Mobile is especially useful for direct entry during the walkthrough

Simplified service requests

Give ordinary requesters a shorter path into the maintenance process.

Quick Entry lets a requester submit a one-time Work Order without signing into the full REQQER system. Optional Email-to-Req and configured Voicemail-to-Req can provide additional intake channels where appropriate.

  • Quick Entry works from desktop and mobile browsers
  • Facility-specific fields and defaults can simplify the request
  • Email can create a Work Order and preserve attachments
  • Optional voicemail can be useful where teachers or students need a phone-based reporting option

Preventive maintenance across buildings

Plan recurring work before it competes with the next emergency.

The Scheduler defines the recurring responsibility; each occurrence becomes a separate Scheduled Task with its own Due Date, assignment, Activity, documentation, and completion history.
