Local processes drift
Each building can develop its own habits for receiving, assigning, documenting, and closing work.
Multi-facility maintenance operations
REQQER gives each facility a practical system for daily Work Orders, recurring responsibilities, documentation, and follow-up while giving regional and corporate leaders visibility across the facilities within their responsibility.
Local teams work at facility level. Regional and corporate users can move to broader Organization-level views and reporting.
The multi-facility problem
Each building can develop its own habits for receiving, assigning, documenting, and closing work.
Regional leaders often learn about unresolved work only after a spreadsheet, call, or escalation has been assembled.
Important preventive and regulatory responsibilities are harder to compare when recurring work is managed separately at each location.
Management information has to be reconstructed from local records instead of coming from the same system where the work occurred.
One operating model
REQQER uses the same underlying Req lifecycle at facility and organization level, so broader visibility is built from the records facility teams are already creating.
Facility view
Facility teams can work from their Requests Console, recurring Scheduler, Mobile interface, and saved Dashboard layout without having to operate from a corporate summary screen.

Organization view
Organization Dashboard Cards can preserve separate facility sections, and regional users can focus on all or only selected facilities they are permitted to access. Dashboard choices and email subscriptions can also be managed independently.
Capabilities behind the solution
See your organization in REQQER
A demonstration can focus on how facility teams work locally and how regional or corporate leadership would review the same operational record across multiple locations.
